Rhi Rhi Nails It was selected to take part in the first cohort. Understandably, being chosen to participate with a legend like Marian Newman viewing, commenting, and guiding the work was incredibly special. It provides a tingle of excitement of what our careers could be.

Firstly, if there is any pre course advice to give for the next round of students is:-

• No matter how much time you think you have put aside to do well ultimately, allocate more!

The Nails Mastered course incorporated a selection of huge names with a variety of amazing opportunities available if we did well…. IF we did well but Rhi Rhi Nails did not! No excuses, entirely not good enough or trying hard enough.

Combining truthful but brutal feedback from industry experts, being unsuccessful in all the tasks and witnessing how amazing other nail artists were. This made it a tough few months of doubting skills and creative abilities. The contemplation of throwing the entire nail kit in the wheelie bin was a reality.

Conclusion

When something rocks you to that extent and yet you are still hustling every day. Tells us we are a fighter and will keep doing this, will get better, will build the empire and will have the career we want.

Lastly, Rhi Rhi Nails It is glad the course did not go well because it creates more fire in the belly to be better. So now building with fresh bricks on a foundation that is solid! Thank you, Nails Mastered Course and Marian Newman, for inspiring me to progress. Which is what the course was all about therefore mission complete.
